One of those classic tracks from my debut album "Le Bienheureux".
I sampled the track "Vole Vole Farandole" by Paul Mauriat, a well-known track especially by Hi-Tek fans!
I spontaneously blended several parts of the drums in that track, i wanted to make it groove, with accidents in rhythms...
I chose that name for the track just before exiling myself to Spain.
At that time, i was literally suffocating in Paris...
When i wasn't in the studio, "Bois de Vincennes" was almost the only place where i'd go.
Foreigners use to say that Paris is the light, dream and love city;
For me, it started to become a nightmare...
Today, i can't think of going back living in Paris once again,
but it's a real pleasure to return there sometimes for a few days...
lyrics
The main goal of this retrospective is to set a brief overview of my carreer,
because a few parts of it are unknown especially to those of you who are following me
since my debut solo album "Le Bienheureux".
The second goal is to raise funds to help me produce my next album,
and also be able to collaborate with guest artists on this concept-album.
supported by 22 fans who also own “Nightmares of Paris ( MPC 4000 ) 2007”
After listening to Degiheugi's large discography, my choice settled on this album. It seems to me to be the most successful. I appreciate the richness of hiphop trip-pop jazzy-chill nu-soul sounds. The French vocal are amazing. jef37
